The first impression when we met Monika was great, everyone of us liked her because unlike the other Realtors we had earlier, she knew her job well. She had a clearly organized procedure for selling houses, which I found out from her webpage as well as from the documents she showed us when we met her for the first time.
Our house had been in the market for about 8 months. We had two Realtors who were unsuccessful in selling it, even though it was a lovely house. Only reason why they could not sell it was because they were only money minded and not thinking what is best for their client. This is when Monika came in to the picture because she had sold other houses in our neighborhood and while walking in the neighborhood we found that out.
The time when Monika had to sell our house, the market prices for selling houses were going down. Knowing this fact she tried her best to find the best possible buyer for us and was able to sell the house in a short period of time.
